Highland Park, Ill. | $1.875 million

An Arts and Crafts-style house built in 1901, on one acre

This seven-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom house was designed by the architect Howard Van Doren Shaw, whose other projects include a planned worker community in Indiana and residential and religious buildings in and around Chicago.
